Where do you ship from?

Most products ship from our US fulfillment partner and arrive in 3-6 business days.

What's your return policy?

30 days, no drama. If something arrives broken, send a photo and we'll replace or refund - no need to ship it back.

Do your gadgets need WiFi?

Most are Bluetooth-only. The Switch Pusher hub is optional - only needed for remote access from outside your home.

Will the Switch Pusher damage my walls?

No drilling, no adhesive that pulls paint. Tested on rental units.
